In these crazy days we are getting a lot of customers asking us to provide more information about the health benefits of our products.
We at Spruce On Tap are focused on using natural ingredients to promote healthy living, and believe that staying healthy naturally is the best and most effective way to prevent dis-ease. This is a page that will continue to morph, and more content will continue to be added. If you are a customer of ours and have a website link you would like us to share, please reach out to use at brew@spruceontap.com. We love networking with people of like mind!
Check out this helpful article written by our friends at Vitality Herbs and Clay:
(Please note there is some redundancy in the links below, but things are getting censored, so we want to make sure we have multiple links to different places in case one goes down.)

The articles above have several recipes that you can go off of. Any of the pine products that we offer can be used for pine needle tea. Spruce is kind of fruity, fir is kind of floral and ponderosa is very piney. In general, you can take a small amount of pine (about half an ounce) and cut into ~1" lengths with scissors. Bring about two cups of water to a boil, then cut the flame and add the pine. Steep for about 10 minutes with a lid on. Other teas can be added to make different flavor combinations. You can also add stevia or honey to sweeten.
Several projects have taken place using chokecherries for fighting different forms of dis-ease. It was shown that with the pits in tact, it can start to kill certain bad cells within 24hours. There is a lot of ongoing research, but wanted to link some of the articles we have come across. Do your own research. FYI, we can not imply that our products are intended to cure dis-ease, and many of our products have not been approved by the FDA.

Children's Health Defense:
If you are concerned about the long term effects of the COVID vaccines and the lack of coverage of the negative effects by the mainstream media, we would like to introduce you to Children's Health Defense. They are a very large organization that is not only concerned about the long term effects of everything taking place in this world for our children, but for the adults out here as well. They cover a wide spectrum of information and research that is being ignored and worse, often censored and suppressed by the corporate controlled major media outlets (TV, newspaper, social media, etc.). They offer a newsletter talking about the challenges they are tackling all around the world.
