The article above has several recipes that you can go off of. Any of the pine products that we offer can be used for pine needle tea. Spruce is kind of fruity, fir is kind of floral and ponderosa is very pine-y. In general, you can take a small amount of pine (about half an ounce) and cut into ~1" lengths with scissors. Bring about two cups of water to a boil, then cut the flame and add the pine. Steep for about 10 minutes with a lid on. Other teas can be added to make different flavor combinations. You can also add stevia or honey to sweeten. Again, more detailed information can be found at the article above.

We need to do some more research on this ourselves, but thought we would mention it. There is a link below to the article. The article does mention "While chokecherry seeds contain a small amount of a cyanide-like substance, it is safe to eat in small amounts, and cooking the pudding eliminates the risk. " Do your own research as well.

If you are concerned about the long term effects of the COVID vaccines and the the lack of coverage of the negative effects by the main stream media, we would like to introduce you to Children's Health Defense. They are a very large organization that is not only concerned about the long term effects of everything taking place in this world for our children, but for the adults out here as well. They cover a wide spectrum of information and research that is being ignored and worse, often censored and suppressed by the corporate controlled major media outlets (TV, newspaper, social media, etc.). They offer a newsletter talking about the challenges they are tackling all around the world.
