Return Policy

Hey, sometimes things just go wrong and blow up. We get it - and we try our best to prevent it, but things still happen. Because most of our products are shipped frozen, if they get delayed in shipping or for some strange reason get too hot, they occasionally can get ruined by the time they reach our customers. If that happens, the product is usually destined for the composter - and we don't want it back any more than you want to mess with returning something that went bad. We will do our best to either refund or replace the item(s) purchased. Please reach out to us if you are concerned this has happened and we will do our best to make it right with you!
